We install or replace customer-provided ceiling fans using existing compatible wiring and mounting boxes. One fan starts at $99, two fans total $149, and three or more fans save more.

Light Fixture Replacement

We replace compatible ceiling lights, wall sconces, vanity lights, pendant lights, outdoor light fixtures, and chandeliers using existing wiring and mounting locations.

What’s Not Included?

No new wiring, new circuits, panel work, drywall repair, high scaffolding work, or modifications are included. If the job is outside the standard scope, we will let you know upfront.
